TICRA AP-S/URSI 2026 Travel Grants
APPLY FOR THE TICRA TRAVEL GRANT AND JOIN AP-S/URSI 2026.
TICRA Foundation is offering eight travel grants of USD 1,000 each for the IEEE 2026 AP-S/URSI Symposium in Ottawa, Canada (July 12–17, 2026).
Applicants from all regions and career stages are encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates will be selected based on their potential or demonstrated aptitude for research.

Who can apply?
Individuals with an accepted paper for the symposium can apply for one of the travel grants.
Application requirements
To be considered for the travel grants, applicants:
- can not be winners of TICRA travel grant last year;
- must be affiliated with a university.
Furthermore, applicants are required to provide:

Motivational letter (max. ½ page)

Curriculum Vitae (max. 2 pages)

Full conference paper(s)

ID of accepted papers
Since the travel grants will be awarded during IEEE AP-S/URSI 2026 in Ottawa, Canada, awardees are responsible for arranging their own travel to the symposium.
Application deadline
Apply via this FORM no later than May 10, 2026.

Successful candidates will be notified by June 10, 2026.
The selection of successful candidates will be made by a committee at TICRA.
