TICRA Tools Student Edition
Become familiar with the basic functionalities of GRASP and QUPES in TICRA Tools.
The TICRA Tools Student Edition provides a reduced-functionality version of the professional GRASP and QUPES products. It gives you the chance to become familiar with the software, and it can help you analyse many realistic antennas.
With the TICRA Tools Student Edition you can:
- Define single- and dual-reflector systems with paraboloidal, hyperboloidal, ellipsoidal, and flat surface shapes
- Define reflector rims as circles, ellipses, or rectangles
- Perform PO and/or GO-UGTD analysis of single and dual reflectors
- Define reflectarray antennas using a rectangular patch element
- Perform Periodic MoM analysis of reflectarrays
- Optimise the reflectarray element layout to achieve a pencil beam in a user-defined direction
- Define frequency-selective surfaces based on a single or multiple element layers of rectangular patches or loops
- Illuminate reflectors and reflectarrays with a number of analytically given feed patterns, including Gaussian beams
- Display pattern cuts and two-dimensional grids
