Meet us at AP-S in San Diego
According to ancient tradition TICRA is represented at the IEEE AP-S Symposium, this year at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Diego, California, from July 5 to July 12, 2008. There you can meet Dr. Erik Jørgensen and Dr. Hans-Henrik Viskum for a presentation of TICRA’s state-of-the art software. Of special interest this year is the new CHAMP software with a completely new GUI which offers an unprecedented ease-of-use. You can also get a first look at the soon-to-come CHAMP horn Optimization software which is expected to be released later in 2008.
We look forward to welcoming you at booth # 100 in San Diego.
28 May 2008: GRASP9.4.01 Released
GRASP9.4.01 has been released and the list of new features is unusually long. GRASP9 can now export reflector surfaces to the CAD formats STEP or IGES and many program modules have been updated with enhanced multi-CPU and multi-core support. The new release also contains major updates of the Multi GTD and Coupling add-ons, and several new features in the MoM add-on. Please consult the release note for a detailed list of new features and resolved issues. Customers with a support and maintenance contract will receive an email with download instructions. GRASP9.4.01 for 32-bit Windows is released today and the remaining platforms will follow within the next month.
20 May 2008: New Managing Director of TICRA Fond.
At the latest meeting on 20th May 2008, the Board of TICRA re-allocated the internal resources and appointed Dr. Hans-Henrik Viskum as responsible for Business Development. Dr. Frank Jensen, senior engineer through several decades, continues as Managing Director.
At a small celebration the new Managing Director thanked Hans-Henrik Viskum for his great achievements in the development of TICRA through the last nearly 6 years. During the leadership of Hans-Henrik Viskum new software products have emerged, last but not least the new user-friendly version of CHAMP for designing horns, and initiatives have been taken for further improvements of existing software, such as an updated version of GRASP with improved tools for coupling determination and calculations of scattering by GTD. Also the relations to the customers has been intensified by introducing Aksel Møller Christensen as Sales Manager for TICRA. These important initiatives will be continued by Hans-Henrik Viskum in his position as Manager for Business Development.

13 March 2008: New Sales and Marketing manager
It is with great pleasure we announce the appointment of Aksel Møller Christensen to the position as Sales and Marketing Manager in TICRA. From this newly created position Aksel will further develop our excellent customer relations and develop new customers throughout the world.
Aksel brings substantial experience to TICRA, including more than 15 years within Global Sales and Key Account Management from Alcatel Space and thus very knowledgeable of the global space industry. We are excited about having Aksel on board and are looking forward to introducing him to our customers.
