AP-S travel grant opportunities
TICRA Foundation announce that they offer 3 travel grants of USD 1,000 each at the AP-S 2019 conference in Atlanta, USA. Individuals who have a paper accepted for AP-S 2019 can apply for one of the travel grants.
The successful candidates will be selected based on the author’s potential or demonstrated aptitude for research. Applicants from all regions and career stages are encouraged to apply.
Application requirements
To be considered for the travel grants, applicants must be affiliated with a university and are required to provide the following:
- Motivational letter (max ½ page)
- Brief resumé (max 2 pages)
- Full conference paper
- Copy of conference paper acceptance
As the travel grants will be given during the AP-S 2019 conference in Atlanta, the awardees are required to make their own travel arrangements to the conference.
Application deadline
Submit your motivational letter, resumé, conference paper and a copy of the conference paper acceptance to aps@ticra.com with “Travel grant” in the subject line no later than 12 May 2019. Note that we do not accept .zip files and please make sure that all your attached documents are in PDF format. Successful candidates will be notified by 31 May 2019.
The selection of successful candidates will be made by a committee at TICRA.
