Frederik is TICRA’s Head of UX & Design and is responsible for the user experience of TICRA’s products, and for leading the company’s human-centered design activities. He holds a M.Sc. in physics and a Ph.D. in nanotechnology, and combines his technical background with 15+ years of working with product development, user research, UX design and user testing. He has worked more than a decade as a consultant across finance, government, retail, and technology.
