TICRA's US agent elevated to IEEE Fellow
Makoto Ando, 2009 President of IEEE AP-S society, congratulates Tom Milligan, TICRA US agent, on his elevation to IEEE Fellow at the Charleston SC symposium awards banquet.
New Managing Director in TICRA
TICRA has appointed Dr. Michael Lumholt as new Managing Director as of May 1st, 2009. Michael Lumholt holds a Ph.D. in electromagnetics and has been with TICRA since 1995, where he has been involved in antenna designs as well as the development of TICRA's SW-products GRASP, POS and CHAMP.
Former Managing Director, Dr. Frank Jensen, continues in TICRA as Senior Engineer.
TICRA at EuCAP 2009
TICRA participated in the EuCAP 2009 conference in Berlin with several papers and an exhibition. We were very pleased to see so many friends and customers during the EuCAP week.Thank you for your interest.

GRASP9.5.01 Released
GRASP9.5.01 has been released on all platforms. This update contains several new features and enhancements, including two new coordinate system classes, a class for defining boxes, and improved CAD export. In addition, the MoM add-on has been significantly updated and now also supports wires, voltage generators, S-parameter computation, and large dielectric support rings in dual-gridded reflector systems. Users with a valid support and maintenance contract have already received the download instructions.
Mikkel Løvgreen joins TICRA
In mid-January Mikkel Løvgreen joined the TICRA team. Mikkel recently graduated as Electrical Engineer from the Technical University of Denmark. For the past 4 months he has been working on a project for TICRA and Mikkel's contribution to our software development was so successful that Mikkel has now joined the staff as a full-time employee. Mikkel will contribute to TICRA's software development, in particular with CAD-import and the development of a new Graphical User Interface for GRASP. We are very pleased that Mikkel wanted to join us.

New International Sales Engineer - Torben Kronborg Bak
It is with great pleasure that TICRA can announce that we have taken a new employee on board. Torben Kronborg Bak has already started in his new position as International Sales Engineer.
Torben is M.Sc.E.E. with specialization and Master Thesis within Antennas and Electromagnetics. He has an extensive technical, commercial and international background within cellular technologies, enterprise communication solutions, backbone and access network infrastructure and a fiber optics background, where he has worked with both direct sales and sales through agents.
We are happy to have Torben on board, and we are sure he will be successful and make an important contribution to TICRA's continued efforts to serve our customers and develop high-end antenna SW .
